How Is The Healthcare In Our Country?

How is the Healthcare in our CountryIndia has some of the best medical talent produced every year but is unable to sustain it for the lack of equally excellent infrastructure/ opportunities/ lucrative career options to let it flourish.

As a general observation, since India has such a massive population, a doctor to patient ratio of about 1:2000, and not much automatisation in terms of protocols, and procedures, the average Indian doctor (in a govt. setup) gets a huge lot of work (over)load.

As far as the infrastructure goes, apart from the big central hospitals, it's mostly substandard, sometimes pretty pathetic, especially in the periphery.

However, the absolutely brilliant talent + the relatively lower costs in India seem to overcome the infrastructural deficiencies, making India one of the most sought after medical destination for people from all over the world.
